Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Future Trendz, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a smooth and hassle-free return or refund process.

Return Window

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:
We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, perfume scent, stains, or alteration.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please keep in mind:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If the return is initiated due to a customer error (wrong size ordered, change of mind), return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, kindly check with your bank/payment provider before reaching out to us.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t been credited yet:

  1. Check your bank account — Sometimes the refund may take additional time to reflect.

  2. Contact your card issuer/payment service — Their internal processing times may delay the posting.

  3. Contact your bank — Certain banking delays can occur during refund settlements.

If you’ve completed all these steps and still haven’t received your refund, you may contact us for assistance.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Sale items, discounted items, or items purchased during special offers cannot be returned or refunded.

We encourage customers to review size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing an order during sales.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value once the return is approved.

If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the order was delivered to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send it to the return address provided by our support team.
Please note:

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • These shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is approved, the return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • For your own safety, we recommend using a trackable courier service for return shipments. Future Trendz is not responsible for lost or untraceable return parcels.
