Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for Future Trendz products.

Return Eligibility

Requests for returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-manufactured items, personalised uniforms and made-to-order bulk orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
